Soft and smooth, sour and sweet - Whole wheat, zero sugar, and oil, low calorie, and low fat - The ingredients for this blueberry yogurt pound cake are super simple. Just mix them together and you'll have a delicious cake! This recipe is for an 8-inch pound cake (17cm long mold).

Materials~

70g of whole wheat flour or low-gluten flour

Thick yogurt, 130g

1 egg

Blueberry 60g

Baking powder: 3 grams Sugar substitute or white sugar: 30g

Practice:

  1. Mix eggs with yogurt

  1. Sift in whole wheat flour, baking powder, and sugar substitute.

  1. Add half of the blueberries.

  1. Spread oiled paper on the mold, pour the cake batter, place the remaining half of the blueberries on top, and bake at 160°C for 45 minutes.
