Low-Calorie Tofu Brownies!

A simple dessert to prevent overeating during the fat loss period is

tofu brownie. It contains no oil, no sugar, is low in calories, and

high in protein!

Not only will you not gain weight, but you will also feel satisfied!

Rich, thick, and smooth, bursting with a delightful chocolate flavor.

Full score of happiness~

The method is also very simple: just mix it and it's ready.~

Materials ~

200g of silk tofu

1 egg

40g of 65% dark chocolate

35g of low-gluten flour

30g of cocoa powder

Zero-calorie sugar, 25g

Pinch of salt (1 g)

Practice:

1. Strain the tofu using a strainer until it becomes smooth. *You

can also use a measuring cup or crush it with a spoon. The more

delicate the tofu is during this step, the smoother the finished

product will taste.

2. Beat zero-calorie sugar (erythritol) and eggs in a bowl until well

blended. Then mix well with the tofu puree.

3. Cut the chocolate into small pieces, melt it in water, and let it

cool slightly. Then mix well with scrambled tofu.

4. Mix the low-gluten flour, sifted cocoa powder, and salt evenly.

5. Pour the dry powder into the wet ingredients and mix until evenly combined.

6. Put it into the mold and smooth the surface.

7. Nuts can be lightly pressed onto the surface of the batter as a

decoration and to enhance the flavor. However, it is not

recommended to mix them into the batter as it will affect the taste.

8. Place the mixture into the mold, smooth the surface, and bake

at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

9.After removing it from the oven, shake it to release the heat,

allow it to cool, seal it, and refrigerate it overnight. Then, slice it

and enjoy.~

10. No smelly beany odor.

11. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can sprinkle it with a layer of

powdered sugar or top it with low-fat condensed milk. (By the way,

I'm sharing a photo of the strawberry daifuku I made.) It's

strawberry season, and I'm so happy.
